Lead Coach for GAB Training. In my 50s, I understand the unique fitness challenges women face, which inspired my own journey three years ago.

I believe fitness is a journey, not a destination. My goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels motivated and supported.

I’m pursuing NASM certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, Women’s Fitness, and Corrective Exercise to better guide others on their fitness paths.
