Her classes are dynamic, uplifting, and restorative as she guides you into releasing tension and unlocking energy. From the most invigorating practice to the most calming, Stephanie’s versatility brings peace and tranquility into each class. Stephanie enjoys helping students focus within as they find and face challenges on the mat, and by doing so expand awareness, increase presence of mind, and conquer difficulties with ease.
